Royals Personalized Care Services LLC provides consulting, training, and quality improvement services that include business development and waiver case management services. We assist our clients with proven strategies and training to address the complex compliance process and support them in developing operational procedures/plans for growth, sustainability, and innovation. Our clients are case management contract agencies that provide case management services to individuals who are receiving funding through Medical Assistance (MA) and Home and Community-based waivers, which include Developmental Disabilities (DD), Brain Injury (BI), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI), Elderly Waiver (EW), Alternative Care (AC) Program, and other non-waiver programs. Our Team

Our consultant management team has more than 15 years of combined experiences across all services with expertise in case management, case management supervision, and home and community-based services administration. Our consultants are ready to work with you to pass on first-hand knowledge and to support you in achieving your goals.

Our consultant management team will assist you in handling the complexities of managing waiver case management programs and the critical operational process that includes assessment, development of a care plan, service referral, budget management, service monitoring and coordination, advocacy, and reporting. Our well-experienced consultant management team will assist you in easing the complexities of meeting the compliance requirements for overseeing case management services for waiver and non-waiver programs, such as CADI, DD, BI, EW, AC, rule 185, etc. We will work with you by providing training and process development that will include some of these important tasks/procedures:
