Royals Personalized Care Services LLC is a Home and Community-based Services (HCBS) and Case Management Consulting Service provider that provides personalized care and client-centered services to person(s) and case management agencies in the Twin-cities, and other Metro community areas in the State of Minnesota. Our services are staffed by trained, caring, and skilled professionals who have extensive experience in the health and human services fields and case management services. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MNDHS) accepting most federally approved waiver programs (including BI, CAC, CADI, DD, EW, AC Programs, etc.), as well as private payer/self-pay.
